Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By checking the acceptance box and using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
What the service does
The Dating Antidote organizes public creator content into interest pools and may privately introduce compatible, opted-in adults through their public Instagram accounts. We do not guarantee a match, response, relationship, rank, traffic level, sales result, or availability.
We do not conduct criminal background checks, verify every identity or claim, supervise Instagram conversations, or endorse members, creators, or linked offers. You are responsible for your decisions and interactions.
Member responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use a public Instagram account you control, keep your private access link secure, and treat others respectfully. A match’s DM code may only be used for the introduction you received and may not be published, shared, or used to contact the person from another account.
You may not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, scrape profiles, solicit money, send sexual content without consent, expose private information, evade blocks, contact minors, or use the service for fraud or commercial lead generation.
Creator listings and bids
You must have authority to submit the listing and public creator account. Listing information must be accurate, lawful, and compliant with our Community Standards. The submitted destination should let visitors experience meaningful creator content and understand how to access the offer; generic homepages, bare checkout links, and context-free community pages may be rejected. A bid is a one-time payment for ranking credit, not a purchase of guaranteed traffic, matches, clicks, or sales. Ranks can change whenever another creator bids.
New paid listings are reviewed before publication. Payment does not guarantee approval. If we reject a new listing before publication, we will return its listing payment to the original payment method. Published listing details are locked. Approved boosts add ranking credit without changing those details. Future revisions require a new bid and review. A listing removed after publication for violating these Terms or the Community Standards may not be eligible for a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Creator content, Instagram, Stripe checkout, and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or conduct. Review an offer independently before purchasing it.
Emails and featured partner offers
By accepting these Terms when creating a dating profile, you agree to receive account and security messages, matchmaking and pool updates, information about Dating Antidote events, and occasional promotional emails featuring approved partners. We may select relevant messages using broad information such as your age range, city or state, interest pools, and interactions with creator content.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in an email. Unsubscribing from promotions does not prevent necessary account, security, or service messages. We do not give featured partners your email address or dating profile; campaign reporting is aggregated.
Content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, moderate, and improve the service. You represent that your submission does not violate another person’s rights.
Enforcement
We may review, reject, remove, limit, pause, or suspend content or accounts that create risk, violate these Terms, or undermine the service. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. Contact us if you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for conduct occurring on Instagram or another third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material updates will use a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance. Send questions through our contact form.
